Jessica O’Neill has been working as a professional Animal Behaviour Consultant for 3 years, and is no stranger to the Pet Care Industry.  Now recognized as an Expert Witness for the Provincial Court System, Jessica has boarded, fostered, bred, owned and worked with many different types of animals throughout her life. She worked along side of Cheryl Smith (Owner of Urika Animal Behaviour Consultants & Forever Friends Dog Training School, and an internationally recognized Canine Behaviour Specialist) as an apprentice for 2 year, and previous to that I completed  several intensive theoretical online behaviour and training study programs with the Companion Animal Science Institute. Jessica’s compassionate approach while working with clients and comprehensive understanding of behaviour and training issues, has made her a valuable addition to the industry.  Jessica is the mother of two young boys, two pugs, two boston terriers, a bugg (pug/boston mix), a boston mix, and her three pigs (Abby-Pig, Booca & Charlotte). She is a lover of all animals and is currently expanding her companion animal profile.

Jessica’s professional focus is to help establish or restore harmony and balance between owners and their pets, by teaching them how to effectively communicate with their animal using applied science-based behaviour modification techniques.
Jessica has worked with different companion animal species. She worked as an advocate for ferrets as service animals during a Transit Committee meeting at Ottawa City Hall. Her client Frances Woodard and ferret Gyno were pleased when the meeting resulted in granted access to ride public transit together. Jessica has also worked with Vietnamese Potbelly Pigs; providing training, and using them as therapy animals with intellectually delayed individuals. She has hand raised and trained many types of birds, primarily cockatiels and parrotlets.
